Using The Pastoral Hub responsibly
These terms set the boundaries for our information, signposting and resources.

What this website provides
The Pastoral Hub provides general educational information and signposting for parents, carers and secondary-school staff in the UK.
What it does not provide
It is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal or safeguarding case advice. It does not diagnose a child, make decisions for a school or replace qualified professional support.
Safeguarding
If somebody is in immediate danger, call 999. School staff must follow their setting’s safeguarding policy. Parents and carers with a concern should contact the child’s school, local authority children’s services, police or another appropriate professional service.
Using the information
Use your judgement and check whether information is suitable for your situation. Services, guidance and eligibility can change. Follow the linked organisation’s current information before acting.
External websites
Links are provided to help people find specialist support. We do not control those websites and a link does not mean that we are part of, or formally endorsed by, that organisation.
Resources and copyright
Unless a resource says otherwise, Pastoral Hub content is for personal or internal school use. It must not be sold, republished, rebranded or presented as another organisation’s work without written permission.
Changes and corrections
We may update content as guidance or services change. If you spot an error, email hello@thepastoralhub.co.uk.
